Human on the internet. Digital rights activist. Communicator. Team builder.

I’m Javier Pallero, a human on the internet working at the intersection of technology, human rights, and public interest.

My work focuses on how digital systems shape people’s lives: who gets heard, who gets protected, and who gets to participate in the decisions that define our shared online spaces.

What I do

I help organizations turn complex questions about technology and rights into clear strategies, useful communication, and practical action. That can mean building teams, developing public-interest programs, advising decision makers, or translating policy into language people can actually use.

I care about thoughtful leadership, healthy institutions, and technology that expands human agency instead of narrowing it.

Working together

I collaborate with civil society organizations, researchers, advocates, funders, and responsible technology teams around the world. If that sounds relevant to your work, get in touch.
